We will answer your calls promptly and professionally in your business name and handle them as instructed by you. We can handle all kinds of calls, whether they be simple or complex. Our aim is to act as a seamless extension of your business, supporting you with your calls in whatever way you need.

We aim to answer all calls within 2-3 rings.

Your calls will be answered by our live operators 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from our UK office. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not sub-contract any of our call handling.

Yes. You will be allocated a unique telephone number which you can either divert your existing telephone line(s) to or advertise directly. You may choose any UK dialling code you wish (except on our free package where we only provide 0844 numbers).

Most telephone providers offer a “Call Divert” option, allowing you to divert your calls to another number either all of the time, when engaged or when unanswered. This is usually very simple to setup and we can assist you with this if required. See common divert options/codes here.

When a call comes in, your company name and call answering instructions appear on screen, allowing our operators to handle calls professionally and with confidence.

Yes. You can change any aspect of your service with us by calling or emailing us, or via the Client Area. Minor changes are free of charge, but major changes such as company name will incur an admin fee.

The service operates on a simple rolling monthly agreement, so should you wish to cancel, just give us at least 30 days notice prior to renewal by email.

Yes. You can rent the number directly from our telecoms provider for £7.95 per month. Depending on where you point the number to, call forwarding charges may apply.
